Booking & Estimation Protocol
Our online cost calculator provides a preliminary estimate for shifting within Hyderabad. However:
- Final quotes are generated only after a virtual or physical survey of the household inventory.
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a token deposit, which secures your shifting slot.
Payment & Discount Guidelines
Important: The 20% promotional discount applies strictly to Packing & Labor components. External costs like toll taxes, parking fees in high-rise Hyderabad societies, and insurance are billed at actuals.
- Balance payment must be cleared at the time of loading or as per the pre-shifting invoice.
- We accept all major digital payment modes (UPI, Cards, Wallets).
Prohibited Goods Policy
In accordance with Telangana State Transport regulations, we do not move:
Hazardous chemicals, LPG cylinders, crackers, loose cash, high-value jewelry, or contraband items. Customers are responsible for transporting their own personal documents and valuables.
Damage Protection & Liabilities
- Transit Insurance is mandatory for all inter-city and high-value intra-city moves in Hyderabad.
- Any physical damage must be reported before our team leaves your new premises. Post-delivery claims are not legally binding.
- We do not cover internal electronic malfunctions (e.g., a TV not turning on) unless external damage to the unit is evident.
Cancellation & Legal Jurisdiction
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the move. Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal labor mobilization fee.
All service agreements are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Telangana at Hyderabad.
